Our new destination - Japan

There was much excitement on Monday when we packed our bags heading for a new destination. Mel had made a beautiful 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang' passport . The children had to fill in their names and then we were off to the 'airport'!

Having 'flown' we then arrived at our 'hotel' to find a beautiful Japanese lady welcoming us.

She taught them all to bow which is very important in Japan and then say hello in Japanese ......

Mel had, once again, excelled in putting together this power point to give the children a brief overview of Japan

We ended the morning off with Green Tea which was not to everyone's liking........

We head off to the beach to watch the sunrise on Friday ..... after all Japan is known as 'The Land of The Rising Sun'!
