After an enthusiastic start to today where we discussed ourselves, the children all made 'magical me' cubes about their own individual families and likes and dislikes (more pics later!) Mel and I decided that it would be fun to light sparklers and re-enforce the idea that they will always be magical and their light will sparkle throughout their lives. It was a lovely ending to yet another magical day! Thank you Grade 2s.
Special thanks must be given to Amal who of his own accord decided that he would donate the sparklers! (I'd made a miscalculation when buying them yesterday!) THANK YOU Amal ........ you SPARKLED especially beautifully today!
