This week saw Pim met a baby monkey. He found out that monkeys were social animals.
"I live everywhere and I live in trees," the baby monkey informed Pim.
Thus all the orals were centered around this theme.
Ziyaad started off bright on Monday morning with a very informative oral all about Monkeys. He used the pictures as key cards. He also interspersed his oral with funny anecdotes! Well done, Ziyaad
Sejal was sick on Monday so she spoke on Tuesday..... also on monkeys. She had all of us eating bananas afterwards which the children really loved. A fun way to end your very informative oral,Sejal.

On Friday we moved onto Baboons ! Shaked was the first to speak and she really gave us a lovely introduction to all the different types of Baboons that one finds. Her favourite was the Mandril Baboon. She, like Ziyaad, used pictures to remind her about all she had to say. Well done,Shaked - you spoke clearly and shared so much information with us.
Also talking on Baboons was Kuhle. It was lovely to see that she took a completely different perspective to Shaked and told us about Baboons in general. She told us some jokes at the end which the children all loved. We loved hearing the stories of the baboons pinching food. Well done,Kuhle.
